Start Building A Free List Of Email Addresses

Friday, November 7th, 2008

Optin mail lists are a good way to supercharge the revenues and create long-term online residual income. It is also a good way to make an easy career in internet marketing.

The question arises, how to use your free list of email addresses to make an easy career in internet marketing and supercharge the revenues.

Below I have briefly listed some of the proven methods:

1. Create a squeeze page on your websites, so that people can optin to your autoresponder lists.

2. Give away free copies of something that you sell. This will get people acquainted with the work quality you have to offer, and also build email lists.

3. Email the subscribers with quality offers at least three times each week, to supercharge the revenues to your list building business.

4. Go overboard and then over deliver everything that you do online. Subsequently, your subscribers should begin to take notice of this and hopefully appreciate your generosity.

5. Ensure that your subscribers get the best. Do not send out an offer that you would never want to receive.

In a nutshell, that is how you pursue list building with a free list of email addresses.

The Keys to Lucrative List Building

Friday, October 31st, 2008

Drive People To Your Sales Letter
The key to lucrative email marketing and writing lucrative emails is to drive people to your sales letters repeatedly. Now, an important point here is the creation of personal relationships with the people. From my point of view, the main reason is to drive people to your sales letters. For instance, if an internet marketer maintains a healthy relationship with their subscribers, those subscribers will visit the sales letters when that internet marketer asks them to do so.

Try Not To Over Exaggerate
Hence, the best way is to sell through the email marketing. In the case of the writer, if they are interested in something, they can get the subscribers excited about the same thing too. As an example, an individual can write a newsletter in an exciting manner filled with a lot of hype and use email marketing or viral marketing to reach customers.

In many cases, it may be possible that the subscribers click through the sales letter of the web page and immediately get disappointed from all the hype and the lack of backing it up.

Because of this, there are high chances that the subscribers may lose faith in the internet marketer. The only reason for this is a lot of over exaggeration.

Hence, the next time that a person over exaggerates something, the subscriber is less likely to open it or click through. In case he does, he does it with doubt.

Example Scenario
Let us have a look at the other scenario. Let us guess that the following language is used with an email marketing campaign:

John,

Hey, I have come across something that I think you might like to have a look at. Although it is not a big deal, just have a look at it. Give me your feedback on what you think.

Regards,

Jim

Understand The Difference
Now, how different is it? In the first case, the expectation of the receiver is different. Here, the receiver thinks of checking the email out. Therefore, when the person gets into the email, he thinks, well, the sender meant well. This is how the relationship is preserved.

Hold Off On The Hype
The long-term open rate and the click through rate are much higher in the case when a person does not use hype with their email marketing. The main intention is to give an opportunity to the readers to make up their own mind.

Until next time, great success in all you do!

How to Organize a Lucrative List Building Effort

Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

The Bigger The List Stimulates Bigger Growth
It requires a lot of hard work to organize a lucrative list building effort. The bigger the list, the easier it is to stimulate additional growth. A marvelous way to grow online business rapidly is to build email lists. It is a good way to have a steady supply of visitors to the website.

Therefore, the main question is, “how to use lucrative optin mail lists to grow an online business rapidly?”

Ways To Grow Your Business
I have compiled a collection of some incredible ways to help grow the online business with email marketing over the years. Below mentioned are some of them:

1. First, create a web squeeze page. This always requires the visitors to provide an email address to my autoresponder lists before they are forwarded on to the website.  By doing this you will be building a free list of email addresses.

2. Send mail to your free list of email addresses regularly. Ensure that only valuable information is sent. Rather than having them clicking delete, keep the list of clients looking forward to your emails.

3. Offer free coupons and gifts to create customer loyalty to grow your online business.

4. Look for products that meet the needs of your customer. Another important requirement is to ask them if you do not know what they need.

Autoresponder Lists – How To Write The First Email

Monday, October 27th, 2008

Start With a Welcome Email
When writers write for their optin mail lists, the first one has to be a welcome email. It reminds the reader as to why they are included in the email list. In addition, it also has to include the free giveaway product that writers promise them on their squeeze page.

Offer a Free Gift or Product
Even if the writers have it set up with their autoresponder lists firm so that subscribers get the gift promised upon their subscribing, it is better to include a link to their free gift in their email.  This may mean that even if they might miss the link, they can never feel taken advantage of. Sometimes, it is better to give subscribers a link to a free product and another product just as an additional bonus freebie.

Always Over Deliver
On most ocassions, it so happens that subscribers are getting more than what they actually pay for. That is simple if they have only used their e-mail address and name accordingly. In addition, the more efficient I am at email marketing and to build email lists, the better is my chance to make a sale in the near future.

Example Optin Email
An example of a typical optin mail lists email may read like this:-

Dear (Subscriber’s name),

Welcome to (email marketing list name). You will receive several free bonus items, useful content and links to some of my respected and popular products.

Meanwhile, be sure to download your gift by clicking on the link below:
(link to giveaway item).

Also, accept the following as an additional gift from me to you (link to another item).

We look forward to know you better over the coming months and share some of my most valuable and effective information.

Best Regards,

(Name of the Writer)

Until next time, great success in all you do!

List Building 101 - Primary Steps To Build Email Lists

Thursday, October 23rd, 2008

List Building is Very Important
Last week I made a post called “Introduction to List Building”.  Over the next couple of weeks I am going to continue adding posts about ‘List Building’ in sort of a mini-series.  I might throw in a few other post topics here and there to keep you on your toes, but for the most part I would like to concentrate on list building because it is such an important aspect of Internet Business.

The Money is In The List
It is considered that list building as a vital tool in online marketing. It is stated that, marketers cannot just drive traffic to a web page, without capturing information, create optin mail lists, and make as much money in the web market. People have to build email lists that can help to contact the site’s visitors. Besides, it is important to send visitors reminders repeatedly through autoresponder lists, until they make a potential purchase from the website.

The question is how to do develop an email marketing list?

3 Fundamental Steps
Below given are certain fundamental steps to build email lists. The steps listed below can assist people to start their own email marketing list building process.

1. People can get an autoresponder account with a trustworthy firm.

2. It is mandatory for people to have a squeeze or sales page with the preferred autoresponder list code labeled on it. Remember to place this code on every other webpage possessed by the owner.

3. The next step concerns with driving traffic to your squeeze page or sales page. According to my experience, the best method to drive quality traffic to a squeeze page or sales page is by writing articles just like this one.

List Building - An Introduction For Success

Monday, October 13th, 2008

I instantly liked the idea of creating saleable digital products, once I was done with the product. Practically, I did not have to spend anything for its distribution.

The following few months, I realized the importance of list building and became it’s avid student. I then created several targeted email marketing lists to yield steady profits.

When I was conducting research and trying to learn list building concepts, I became very frustrated due to lack of concise information available online regarding optin mail lists. At that time, I believed that my original list building experience would have helped me become profitable quickly, if only I could access all the details, at one place instead of seeking for it online.  Hence, here aroused the need to build email lists.

Over the past 10 years, several people have created products to trade online and made fortunes with email marketing. This is due to targeting right kind of people to sell. A very important concept to believe is that by developing a good product and creating an exciting sales page, anybody can drive target visitors to their sales page and make money fast.

The arrival of top-speed internet enables average surfers to shift through websites at a faster pace. This has reduced the conversion rate of the sales pages for first time visitors. The experts of traditional sales world also point out that it requires at least seven to ten exposures of a product to convince the potential buyers to purchase.

The next obvious question is how to duplicate that online? As per my point of view, one method is to continue driving visitors to the website in hope that once they have visited or seen the promo adequate times, they will finally buy into it.

It is suggested that, to increase your purchases people need to track the name, email address of the site’s visitors through autoresponder lists, and send them a pleasant reminder to re-visit their site once a week. This gives buyers an opportunity to visit the site at least 7-10 times and finally make the purchase.

I believe that people need to follow these optin mail lists strategies. It requires designing your sites in a manner, which compels people to respond and, hence bond with each other.

Proper Direct Email Marketing For An Internet Business (Don’t Kill Off Your Email List!)

Friday, May 2nd, 2008

If you are involved with an Internet Business then you probably have noticed that one of the most effective marketing strategies is direct email promotions. (If you haven’t yet tried this method of marketing then you need to get to it right away!) Of course, the success of email marketing will always be found in the ability to compile a targeted list of email recipients. This means that a great deal of time must be put into list building and probably the most devastating thing one could do to a company would be to destroy your Internet Business brand in the eyes of those people on the list. That means the strategy you employ when performing your direct mail campaign must be a sound one.

There are a number of common mistakes people make when performing direct email campaigns but probably the most common would be sending too many emails. If you send a multitude of emails promoting sales, new arrivals, updates, etc too often during the week people become less like to open your emails. That is because receiving the email is no longer something special or worth taking note of. Instead, it becomes spam. At one time, I took all those discount coupons Overstock.com and Borders.com would send me. Now, they send me three or four a week and I basically ignore them. After all, why would I rush out and make a purchase when I know that there will be another dozen coupons coming around the bend?

Take your email recipients seriously and don’t dump a million emails on them. This will maintain the integrity of the list and keep it valuable.

Until next time, great success in all you do!

Tips For A Great Autoresponder Campaign (Part 2)

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope that you find this post helpful in your quest to make money online. As always, feel free to ask a question or leave a comment, as your participation is always welcome.

In Part 1 of this two part series, I talked about how important it was to have a great looking e-mail to use in your autoresponder campaign. Today I will share some tips that will help you make the content of those messages stand out and work great for you.

Personalize The Message- Most autoresponder services, like AWeber, show you how to do this. It allows you to put your customers name, first and/or last, into the message. This makes it look like you took the time to write the message just to them.

Write Like You Talk - Your message should be easy to understand, so just write like you are talking to your best friend.

Show Passion In Your Message - Since you are not face to face with your customer, you must emphasize your message or it will seem like a another dull e-mail.

Think Of One - When you are writing your content, pretend you are writing to one person and not the hundreds on your opt-in list.

Keep it Short - Not so much your message, but the sentences and paragraphs. This will give a quick even flow to your content and your reader won’t think they are reading War and Peace.

Use Subheadings - A lot of readers will skim ahead to see what is in the e-mail, this will keep the reader compelled to go one if he knows what is coming up next.

Don’t Be Wordy - Keep it short and to the point. If you want to take a page to describe something, then maybe you should write a novel.

I hope these tips will help your autoresponder campaign, and hence your Internet business grow.

Tips For A Great Autoresponder Campaign (Part 1)

Monday, March 3rd, 2008

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope that you find this post helpful in your quest to make money online. As always, feel free to ask a question or leave a comment, as your participation is always welcome.

Autoresponders are a great tool and an essential tool for any Internet marketer. If you are not familiar with autoresponders, please visit AWeber.comand they show you the power of the autoresponder under their Features category.

I would like to share some tips with you that will make any autoresponder series work better and harder for you. Today’s post will basically hit on one factor of a great autoresponder series and I will finish the other tips in my next post.

The first item that I would like to share is how important the look of your message is to your customer. I am sure that you have recieved e-mails with the content in your message looking like a three year old had typed it. You have seen it, the inconsitant line lengths, unequal spacing and other goofs that make the message look not only unprofessional, but unreadable. Not good, since that is the whole idea of the e-mail is to get you to read it and buy something.

The main cause of this disaster is the formatting of your e-mail message. Not all e-mail programs are set up the same, so your e-mail will look different in Yahoo mail, if it was sent from AOL mail. So here are the tips that will help your e-mail look great when your customer gets it.

Character length - Keep the length of each line in your e-mail to 65 characters or less.

Use Hard Return - Always use the hard return or enter key when you get to the end of a line. Not all e-mail programs have the auto wrap feature, so if you use the auto wrap when you write, your message will be all different lengths when your reader receives it.

Use Fixed Width Font - Using a font like Courier New will give consistent width to your characters, unlike proportional width characters that change width for spacing, capitalization and other keystrokes.

Using the above tips will get you started towards having a great looking e-mail that you will send to your customers through your autoresponder. In my next post, I will give you tips to having great content in those autoresponder messages.
