Article Writing – Different Angles

As previously mentioned, article writing can do a tremendous amount for bringing in a sea of traffic to a site. A well-written article in a popular article directory can pique the curiosity of readers to learn more. This means that they will click the links in the article to the website being promoted in the article itself. This, of course, is contingent on whether or not the reader’s curiosity was actually piqued. If the article is too generic or approaches its subject matter from too broad a perspective then the article offers very little to the reader. Needless to say, this will limit the reader’s desire to learn more. Therefore, it becomes critical to approach subject matter from a unique perspective.
For example, with the new Incredible Hulk movie coming out there will be a number of ways to earn affiliate income with Hulk related merchandise. (Amazon.com, for example, is loaded with Hulk items for sale) This brings about the question as to what type of article would one write to attract Hulk fans. Would a basic, introductory guide to the origin of the Hulk be a good idea? How about a retrospective of the old Lou Ferrigno/Bill Bixby Hulk TV series? Those are all decent ideas, but none of them would ever be considered revolutionary or intriguing. They are decent topics, but nothing really out of the ordinary. They have been done before many times over.
Now, how about an article on the comparison of the Hulk to the wayward inner child inside all of us? That would be an interesting topic! In fact, it is such an audacious topic it might pull in a number of wandering eyes. These eyes, of course, would then be interested enough to follow your links to see what else such an audacious author has to offer.
That’s how you build traffic!
Be unique, be original and be daring; people will love the articles and want to read more. A simple formula, yes, but one that works!
